Finnish Institute in Saint Petersburg

The Finnish Institute in Saint Petersburg is a meeting place for Finnish and Russian academic research and culture. The Institute is representing and promoting Finnish culture for a wide audience and also brings together professionals from the academic and cultural spheres.

We make Finnish culture known through different public events, seminars, concerts and exhibitions. We also support learning Finnish language and cooperate with local schools where Finnish is being taught.

The Finnish Institute in Saint Petersburg is maintained by the Finland-Russia Society. Our office and library are located at the House of Finland in the heart of Saint Petersburg.
